WHAT IF
THE REPORT
IS WRONG?

Conclusions matter. So does the path to reaching them. Psychological assessments, expert reports and reviews for questions that deserve more than automatic answers.

We identify what comes from an interview, document, observation or test. An interpretation should not be presented as an observed fact.

03 / Our process

From the records
to the courtroom.

The process explained
01

Define

We define the question, proceedings, deadlines and possible scope.

02

Assess

We review sources and plan interviews and tests for the instruction.

03

Explain

We set out findings, reasoning, alternatives and limits of the conclusions.

04

Testify

When included in the instruction, we explain the report and answer questions in court.

For legal counsel

Legal strategy needs
well-defined
expert questions.

Working with lawyers
  • Defining the question and feasibility of the instruction.
  • Reviewing reports and identifying issues requiring clarification.
  • Coordination of records and agreed deadlines.
  • Preparing the technical explanation and court testimony when required.

Working with counsel preserves the independence of the expert opinion.

Before we begin

Your questions
matter too.

All questions
Do I need a lawyer to make an enquiry?

You can contact us directly. If you already have a lawyer, we coordinate the scope and deadlines with them. Counsel considers the procedural relevance of the report.

How much does an expert psychological assessment cost?

The fee depends on the question, people to assess, volume of records, travel and court testimony. We provide a proposal setting out scope, stages and fees before the instruction.

How long does a report take?

Timing is agreed after reviewing scope and the availability of records and interviews. Tell us about hearings or procedural deadlines at first contact. Urgent work is accepted only after assessing feasibility.

Can the report be explained in court?

Yes. Preparation and attendance to explain the report are agreed in the instruction. In-person or remote attendance depends on the procedure and the court’s authorisation.

The next question is yours

What does your
case need to clarify?

Tell us the type of matter, its stage and any deadline. We start by defining how we can help.
